- 10 Open classes,
- Full Pass (access to all Open classes in a given month).
❐ GROUP PASSES (OPEN AND CLOSED GROUPS)

The price of the pass does not include the Participant's insurance.
2. Pass validity – all passes (Open, Group, Full Pass) are valid until the end of the calendar month in which they were purchased, regardless of the purchase date. Unused entries in a given month do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable.
3. Payments for Group Passes must be made by the 10th of each month. In case of a Participant's first visit to the studio after the 10th of a given month, the pass must be paid during that visit. Failure to make the payment on time results in an increase in the pass price to the Open Full Pass rate for that month. Participation in classes without prior payment is only possible after reporting to the reception and obtaining permission to attend the class. Detailed information regarding Groups can be found in §5.
4. A purchased pass (for Closed Groups, declared to be paid by the 10th of the month) cannot be modified – it is not possible to change it to a pass with fewer or more classes. After using up the pass, if a Participant wishes to attend additional Open classes, a new Open Pass must be purchased according to the price list.
5. The cost of monthly passes for Groups (§5) is a flat fee and does not change depending on the number of Group classes in the month (base number is 8 Group classes). If Group classes do not take place, e.g., due to holidays or school breaks, Participants receive one Open class for each missed Group class.
6. Participant absence from classes does not constitute a reason for a refund of the pass cost.
7. In case of delayed payment, the Participant must consult the situation with the reception or the studio owner.
8. Passes may be paid for in cash at the Point Dance Studio reception or by bank transfer.
9. Point Dance Studio may void a pass if an attempt of unauthorized use is detected, including sharing it with a third party, after prior notice requesting an explanation from the Participant.
10. Passes cannot be suspended or extended due to illness, travel, breaks, etc.—circumstances beyond the control of Point Dance Studio. Such situations do not qualify for a complaint. The only exceptions allowing pass suspension or extension are:

§4 PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES
-
To participate in Dance Classes, the student must have a valid pass. The first class attended at Point Dance Studio is free of charge. If a student attempts to use the free first class offer multiple times, a fee equivalent to the price of a single Open class (according to the current price list) will be charged.
-
Before entering each class, every student (without exception) must present a valid pass at the reception to get a stamp and verify their pass. Entering a class without a stamped pass will result in a charge equivalent to the price of a single Open class.
-
Before each class, every student (without exception) must sign the attendance list available at the reception and show their valid pass. Each student must sign the list personally. Failure to sign the list means the student will not be allowed to participate in the class and will not be eligible for a refund for the used entry. If a student signs in another person, they will be charged for an additional Open class at the standard rate.
-
Touching or leaning against mirrors in the dance studios is strictly prohibited.
-
Students are required to change into clean, indoor sports shoes before participating in Dance Classes. For High Heels classes, heel protectors are mandatory to prevent floor damage.
-
Students must maintain personal hygiene, adhere to basic social norms, and respect the shared space at Point Dance Studio. This includes wearing clean workout clothes and changing shoes.
-
Point Dance Studio commits to conducting classes on scheduled days according to the current monthly timetable. In exceptional cases, Point Dance Studio reserves the right to move classes to a different day or cancel them due to instructor unavailability for a given dance style.
-
If a student's behavior disrupts the class, the instructor has the right to ask them to leave the class or studio without any refund.
-
Students must silence their mobile phones during class. Recording is allowed only with the instructor's permission.
-
The recording and use of a student’s image in photos/videos taken during classes, workshops, and events organized by Point Dance Studio is a condition of participation and part of the enrollment agreement. For minors, the legal guardian accepts this condition. These materials may be used for:
– educational purposes (e.g., progress review, online tutorials),
– promotional use by Point Dance Studio (e.g., social media, website).
These materials may also be stored in the studio’s archives for documentation purposes. The image is processed based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of the agreement) and Article 81 of the Polish Copyright Act.
A student has the right to object to the use of their image. In such cases, the student must actively remove themselves from the frame during recordings or photo sessions. Failure to do so will be treated as implied consent. For minors, a written consent form from a legal guardian is required, regardless of agreement with the General Terms.
For minors, the parent/legal guardian is responsible for dropping off and picking up the child after class unless a signed permission form is submitted. This form allows the minor to arrive and leave independently. In such cases, Point Dance Studio does not take responsibility for the child outside the studio premises. The guardian assumes full responsibility.
§5 CLOSED GROUPS
-
The 2025/2026 season begins on September 8, 2025, and ends on June 24, 2026. Students who were members of a specific Closed Group in the previous season and declare their intention to continue remain members from the start of the new season, i.e., from September 8. It is not possible to resume membership in a Closed Group at a later date (e.g., October, November, or later months). Students newly joining a group become its members upon admission.
-
Closed Groups are those shown on the schedule without a colored square in the corner (i.e., not marked as Open classes). Group members are expected to attend regularly, develop their dance skills individually, cooperate with the group, and participate in choreography projects for competitions, showcases, etc. If a student is absent for many sessions, the instructor may exclude them from the current group project or remove them from the group entirely.
-
Students in Closed Groups must comply with §4 points 2 and 3 of the Rules, namely:
"2. Before each class, every Student (without exception) must present a valid pass at the reception for stamping and verification. Entering a class without a stamped pass will result in a charge equivalent to a single Open class."
"3. Before each class, every Student (without exception) must sign the attendance list located at the reception and show a valid pass. Signing in must be done personally. Failure to do so will result in denied participation and no refund. Signing in someone else will result in a fine equal to a single Open class."
-
Being a member of a Closed Group requires regular attendance. A student's absence does not exempt them from monthly payments.
-
If a student resigns from a Closed Group, they are not obligated to pay for future months. To resign, the student must notify Point Dance Studio before the beginning of a new month in written form – via email or via a Facebook message to the Point Dance Studio page. This is the only acceptable method of submitting resignation. Other forms (SMS, private messages to instructors, verbal communication) are not accepted. Failure to notify before the new month starts will result in being charged for the full monthly pass, with no exceptions.
-
Closed Group members may use the small studio room free of charge (when it is not occupied by regular classes or pre-scheduled training sessions) during studio opening hours or when the owner is present. Access to other rooms requires prior approval. Individuals outside Closed Groups or not otherwise affiliated with Point Dance Studio must pay to use the space.
-
Participation in other groups – A Closed Group student may not simultaneously be a member of another regularly functioning dance group/formation/long-term program/team organized by another school or entity in Poznań. In cases of uncertainty (e.g., group titles, formats, frequency), students should speak with their instructor or studio owner. Final decisions are made by the studio owners. If permission is granted, the student must inform the other entity about their participation in the Closed Group at Point Dance Studio.
This rule is in place to avoid conflicts of interest between studios or groups – especially regarding scheduling, commitment to ongoing group projects, and to maintain transparency and positive relations within the local dance scene.
The studio fully supports students attending workshops, open classes, camps, and other educational opportunities across Poznań and beyond.
-
Missed Closed Group classes cannot be exchanged for Open classes.
-
In months with public holidays, breaks, or vacations, the number of classes may be reduced. Students will receive equivalent Open classes for any missed Closed Group classes. Studio announcements about the upcoming month’s schedule are published in advance on social media (IG stories). A reduced number of sessions in a month does not justify withholding payment – monthly fees are fixed.
-
Every Closed Group is expected to participate once per year in the end-of-season performance – Point Dance Studio Festival. Additionally, one annual video recording is organized, the cost of which is covered by each group member regardless of participation. The studio helps cover these costs by providing space, equipment, or covering part of the filming expenses. Other artistic projects, shows, or events are voluntary and not obligatory.
